I strongly recommend the Sonicare toothbrush while you are pregnant. It is based upon the same instrument the hygienist uses to clean your teeth while in our World Golf Village dental office. Is there BPA in my same-day dental crown or fillings?
No! We make sure that all dental crowns and fillings in our office are BPA-free. It is important for you to know what is going on with your mouth, including the materials being used. You will have your new crown for a long time, so we want you to be informed about it. What is your teeth whitening gel made of?
All teeth whitening in St. Augustine is essentially hydrogen peroxide. The peroxide bubbles the debris out of the pores of your teeth, making them whiter. Can I chew gum with my dental crown?
Yes. But make sure the gum is sugar-free! Most sugar-free gum replaces the sugar with xylitol. Xylitol actually has cavity-fighting properties in and of itself. So between the saliva, another cavity fighter, and the xylitol, you will be in much better shape. So, enjoy sugar-free gum with your new same-day dental crown.
