May 22, 2013 – Niall Horan, one of the heartthrobs in boy band, One Direction, revealed his new smile after wearing clear adult braces to correct his crooked teeth.
The 19-year old expressed his excitement for his new smile through his Twitter account. With adoring fans anxious to see his new smile, Horan indulged his followers with pictures tweeted of both before and after his adult braces. His once imperfect smile was clearly fixed. He proudly displayed his perfected teeth, which looked straighter and healthier after treatments by a cosmetic dentist.
Horan made no secret of his braces to his fans. In fact, Madame Tussauds museum, famous for wax models of celebrities, is set to come out with models of each of the One Direction band members — Niall Horan, Harry Styles, Liam Payne, Zayn Malik, and Louis Tomlinson — in the near future. The model of Horan is set to come out with his clear braces intact on the wax model.
Horan has lived in the spotlight after being placed in the band, One Direction, on the show, The X Factor, back in 2010. Since then, he has been photographed frequently while singing, speaking, and smiling. To keep his braces discreet, he was able to get tooth colored brackets and wires. This is a popular way for adults to treat misaligned teeth without drawing attention to their mouths with unattractive metal and colored bands.
